The effect of rehabilitation in a virtual reality environment on improving balance in older adults with Parkinsons disease: A systematic review

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the most common form of Parkinsonism, a group neurological disorders, and second neurodegenerative disorder. More than six million people worldwide are affected by PD. Over past two decades, Virtual Reality (VR) technology commercial gaming devices used as intervention tools for rehabilitation. The aim this systematic review to study efficacy rehabilitation in VR environments improving balance older adults with Method: Google Scholar, Pub-Med, PEDro databases were searched March 2022.
